We currently ship worldwide!
We aim to post your order within 24-48 hours from when the order was placed and you will receive an email to let you know it’s been dispatched. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.

If you do not receive the item as a result of incorrect shipping addressed, the order is non-refundable. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing the order.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
SLOANE Eyewear is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package too. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
