Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $49. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on rates and delivery estimates by region.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with our standard shipping service. We cannot ship to PO boxes with express shipping as we use couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as these couriers will not deliver to PO boxes.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away.

If you've signed up for an account, you can also log into your account to track your order. 

I am wondering if an out-of-stock item will be restocked?

If an item is out of stock please contact us via our contact form below and we will endeavour to reply to you asap to let you know if and when an item will be restocked. If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, select the product you want and click on "Notify Me When Available" to enter your email.

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns at this time but we do offer exchanges for style/color. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package - please be sure to reference your order number. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long will it take to pack and send my order?

We aim to post your order within 24-48 hours from when the order was placed and you will receive an email to let you know it’s been dispatched. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.

I did not receive a confirmation email?

You should receive your confirmation email after you have placed your order. Depending on your settings and host, your email may have been directed to the bulk or 'Promotions' folder. If it is, add SLOANE Eyewear to your safe sender list so that your confirmation arrives in your main inbox for next time. We also recommend checking that the correct email address has been entered, if your email address is wrong please be sure to update it in your SLOANE Eyewear account for next time. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, get in touch with us via our contact page. 

Can I make changes to the products in my order?

We will allow changes to be made within 24 hours of the order placement. Please get in touch with us and we'll be glad to help you out.
